Sipho Dlamini

Sipho Dlamini is President of Africa & The Middle East for gamma., an artist-first multimedia platform providing creative and business services. A strategic leader and pioneer in Africa’s modern music industry, he was handpicked by gamma. co-founders to drive growth in key markets.

Previously, he served as CEO of Universal Music South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa, leading market share in revenue and radio airplay. He expanded operations into new territories and diversified services to support artists, including sync, branding, and live event production.

Sipho also led the Southern African Music Rights Organization (SAMRO) as CEO and was VP of Operations at CSM Entertainment in Dubai, overseeing major concerts and festivals. Career highlights include producing ceremonies for FIFA’s Confederations Cup (2009) and World Cup (2010).
