Justice Baiden

Head of A&R, LVRN
Justice Baiden

Justice Baiden, born to Ghanaian parents and raised between Atlanta and Ghana, developed a diverse musical ear influenced by African rhythms and reggae legends. In middle school, he curated mixtapes introducing peers to new sounds, sparking his passion for music.

While at Georgia State University, he met Keri Hilson’s manager, inspiring his path as a music executive. He later discovered Raury and co-founded Love Renaissance (LVRN) with Carlon Ramong and Junia Abaidoo, later joined by Sean Famoso McNichol and Tunde Balogun. Their success led to a joint venture with Interscope in 2017, cementing LVRN as a transformative force in music.

As Head of A&R at LVRN, Justice has guided multi-platinum careers, shaping the sounds of DRAM, 6lack, and Summer Walker. He also launched the marketing agency Kids Against Cubicles and Clout Coins, a vlog demystifying the industry, expanding LVRN’s creative influence.
