Roukaya El Houda

Roukaya El Houda is a Principal at CrossBoundary Advisory, where she leads renewable energy programs in Africa. Prior to joining CrossBoundary, she has led several power and infrastructure projects in Africa and Europe, holding management roles at McKinsey, Senior Research Fellow at the Harvard Growth Lab, and as part of the Africa Infrastructure team at the World Bank. She has 15 years of experience in power, infrastructure, and economic development projects across Africa, Asia, and Europe, working with organizations such as McKinsey, the World Bank, and the Harvard Growth Lab. Roukaya holds a Master of Engineering in Operations Research from Ecole des Ponts et Chaussees Paris and an MPA in International Development (MPA/ID) from the Harvard Kennedy School.
