Kojo Mills is a seasoned investment leader, board advisor, and non-executive director with over 25 years of experience in African corporate transactions, private equity, and financial services. He has led multiple investment companies, generating over $1bn in returns and raising $500m+ in debt and equity capital. Kojo has served on over 20 corporate and nonprofit boards, including Stanbic Investment Management Services, Stanbic Bank Ghana, Ashburn Consulting, and VestedWorld, and has been instrumental in driving governance, risk management, and strategic growth. A former investment banker on Wall Street and fund manager in Ghana, he has deep expertise in emerging market investment strategies, corporate finance, and regulatory compliance. Kojo holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Georgetown University.
