Sana Ahmed is a Consultant, Social Entrepreneur, Designer, and Founder/CEO of TFLAS, the Fashion Business Co agency, and Sana Crown, a luxury accessory brand using fashion as a tool for social change. Driven by a passion for social impact, her work intersects fashion law, fashion advocacy, and gender equality.
Sana founded her agency to empower fashion, beauty, and impact-driven entrepreneurs by offering personalized consultancy that fosters sustainable growth, builds compelling brand identities through storytelling, enhances visibility, and forges authentic connections with audiences.
Through TFLAS (The Fashion Law Africa Summit), a global platform designed to empower African designers, she champions inclusivity in the fashion industry and elevates African fashion on the global stage. She creates pathways for growth, business education, and brand protection, ensuring African designers have the tools and support to thrive. Programs like Office Hours provide free legal and business support, while the annual summit connects hundreds of entrepreneurs, sparking collaboration and innovation.
Sana’s impact also extends to New York Fashion Week, where she hosts events that provide underrepresented brands access to key industry players, breaking down barriers to entry. Strategic partnerships with companies like Shopify have further amplified her mission to create a more inclusive and sustainable fashion industry.
