Marvellous Iheukwumere

Marvellous Iheukwumere is a Mergers & Acquisitions attorney, she advises companies and high net-worth individuals in the tech, media, sports and entertainment industries on navigating complex legal/business transactions and closing multibillion-dollar deals. A seasoned sports industry professional and former professional track athlete, Marvellous has worked with the NBA, WNBA, U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee, MLB, Nike, Athletics Federation of Nigeria, among other sports organizations, on strategic global partnerships and campaigns, global event management, player development and professional athlete management, legal/business transactions, and social impact initiatives across Africa. Marvellous completed her professional track career as a Nigerian Olympic Trials Finalist and is also the co-founder of an international sports non-profit, Gear 'Em Up which provides athletic and educational resources to underserved youth.

Marvellous earned her law degree from Harvard Law School where she was the President of the Harvard African Law Association. She completed her undergraduate studies at Columbia University (magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa), where she was also a standout track and field student-athlete. A native of Aba, Nigeria, Marvellous is passionate about all things Africa, sports, music, fashion, and social impact.
