Houda Yamini

Houda Yamini is a dynamic leader with over a decade of experience in sustainable agricultural development across Africa. She currently serves as Chief of Staff at OCP Africa, supporting the company’s strategic goals on the continent.

Houda began her journey with OCP Group as a consultant and later held key roles, including Senior Marketing Analyst for East Africa and Chargé de Mission for OCP’s Deputy General Director. She led farmer-centric initiatives and, in 2023, became Head of Partnership and Sustainability Stakeholder Engagement, developing strategic partnerships for sustainable agriculture.

She holds an engineering degree in Operations Research from INSEA and an Executive MBA from Africa Business School in collaboration with Columbia Business School. A devoted mother of two, she is passionate about transforming agriculture in Africa.
