Khalid Baddou

Khalid Baddou is the Director of Institutional Affairs at University Mohammed VI Polytechnic (Morocco). He is in charge of strategic partnerships engagement, governance, and transversal initiatives. 

Khalid has graduated in Economics and Social Sciences. He holds degrees in Collective Intelligence, in Business Management & Leadership (Harvard Business School), and in Corporate Governance (Sciences Po Paris).

During his 24-years career, he was appointed in several senior positions in multinational companies: Nestlé, Merck and Western Union. His missions covered regional and international environments: Maghreb, Middle East and Africa.

Within the different companies and associations in which he is a Board or Executive member, Khalid Baddou has been able to build solid networks in the public and private sectors and to lead groups towards common objectives, which allowed him to implement strategic initiatives with high-impact.

He is also the Founding Director of Bridge Africa, an initiative that has established a large network of young talents across the continent, supporting their local impact-oriented initiatives in relation to education, food security and creative and cultural industries.
