Mustapha Mourahib

Mustapha Mourahib is a Partner at Clifford Chance and co-head of the Africa Group. He is also the Managing Partner of Clifford Chance's only office in Africa, located in Casablanca.

With two decades of experience, Mustapha has been involved in significant transactions across the African continent. He specializes in Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity, and project financing. He also provides legal counsel for public-private partnership transactions, working with both private and public entities. He advises public institutions and major international and local corporations, including banks, financial investors, and businesses, across various sectors such as energy, infrastructure, natural resources, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, and consumer goods.
